Miriam Fuller, Worship Leader

Miriam has been a member of First Baptist since 1989 and has been serving as the Worship Leader since 2008.

"I've been in church since I was born.  My parents took me to church and my mom saw to it that I was in every children's program growing up, which included all the choir programs. At the age of three I sang 'When I Survey the Wondrous Cross' as a solo (with the help of the director, of course!)."  When Miriam was in the Second grade, her mother "made" her take piano lessons. "Mom told me, one day, that she wanted me to play for church.  I didn't like that idea because I didn't like playing in front of anyone at the time. I don't think she realized the full impact she had on me and how God had given her that idea and increased it, so many years later."

"I love my church family at First Baptist and I like planning worship for them. It is a true sense of fulfillment serving God by serving His people."

Miriam is a fifth generation Campbell Countian and lives in Cold Spring (where she grew up). She has two cats, Tippy and Stella, and loves all animals. She enjoys flower and vegetable gardening, entertaining friends, and doing a little woodworking when time allows. Miriam likes authors Max Lucado and Chuck Swindoll, and singers/musicians Steven Curtis Chapman, Matt Maher, and Travis Cottrell, to name just a few.

Miriam also serves the First Baptist Church in Cold Spring as the Administrative Assistant full time during the week.
