Worship

Our Sunday worship service begins at 10:45am. We see worship as an opportunity for us to sing together, pray together, laugh together, and hear a message from God's word as we recenter our hearts and minds for the week ahead.

The most important thing we want you to know about worshiping with us is that you are wanted! Our music typically is centered around the message each week, which means that sometimes you will hear more hymns or more contemporary music, based on what fits that particular week best.

Most weeks, we have a time of prayer where everyone has a chance to share any prayer requests that they might have so that we can all pray together.

If you have children, please know that they are welcome! We have a brand new nursery and children's area, but we also have time in the service when children are present. We love that! We want you to feel comfortable, but  rest assured that energetic children are wanted and never a hindrance. As evidence, look to the front row where you will often find our pastor's daughter dancing and twirling in the aisle.

At the close of almost every service we leave singing the old hymn "God Be With You Til We Meet Again." This is a "new-old" tradition that we resurrected from our church's history. As we head out as the church, we want to encourage each other and bless each other on our way.
